Homemade Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients: 
  • 2 1/2 lbs fresh Sweet Grown Alabama peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 4 Sweet Grown Alabama eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 7 cups Sweet Grown Alabama whole milk
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
  1. Purée peaches until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until light.
  3. Add sugar gradually and beat until thick.
  4. Add remaining ingredients including the puréed peaches.
  5. Mix well and add to your ice cream maker.
Makes one gallon! 🍦
