Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 pound lean Sweet Grown Alabama lamb

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1 egg
-
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon sea salt
-
1/4 cup chopped parsley
-
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
-
6-ounce container feta cheese
-
1 medium Sweet Grown Alabama onion, finely chopped
Directions:
-
Combine all ingredients and roll lightly into balls. Do not press hard or they will become dry.

Brown on all sides in an iron skillet on medium heat until caramelized on the outside.

Serve as a main entrée, no sauce is needed.
