Lissa’s Cowboy Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1¼ cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 ½ cup granola cereal
- 1 ½ cup corn flakes
- 1 cup uncooked quick oats
- 1 cup shredded dry coconut
- 1 cup chopped Sweet Grown Alabama pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together butter and sugars – add eggs one at a time.
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda, and add to creamed mixture.
- Add vanilla.
- Stir in cereal, oats, coconuts and pecans.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 140 small cookies.
