Sweet Grown Alabama Recipes

Ingredients:

• 4-5 Pealed and pitted Sweet Grown Alabama peaches
• 1 1/2 cup of self-rising flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/3 cup peach apple sauce
• 1/3 cup oil

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Mix all ingredients well and pour into prepared muffin tin.

3. You may sprinkle sugar on the tops if you wish.

4. Place your tray in the oven for 18 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!
