Sweet Grown Alabama Recipes

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup strawberry infused white balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup Sweet Grown Alabama honey
• 1 small shallot, finely chopped
• 1/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper, or to taste
• 1 cup good quality olive oil

Directions:

1. Wisk together all ingredients except the oil until well blended.
2. Gradually whisk in olive oil until well blended.

Serve over Sweet Grown Alabama greens and top with Sweet Grown Alabama strawberries, satsumas, toasted or candied pecans and/or goat cheese.
