Back in 2022, we expanded and grew our cow herd, hogs, sheep, goats, and chickens. In 2023, we became full time farmers and sold box meat under Rock Valley Livestock. December 2023 we finally were able to purchase Mathews Meat Market in Lineville, AL where we now have a retail store front for all of our farm fresh products. We are a processor for the public, but we finally are able to raise, feed, and now butcher and pack our farm to table products in house!
We offer pork (pasture & parlor), beef (grass fed & grain fed), lamb, goat, and chicken. We sell whole, halves, and quarters in all proteins.
